Simsay is so excited to join the BARCLAY team! She holds an Associate’s degree in Dramatic Arts and a Bachelor’s degree in Business and Organizational Management from the College of Central Florida. Previously, she has served as the Education Program Manager for Master the Possibilities Not-for-Profit Lifelong Learning Center in Ocala, Florida, where her primary duties were program coordination, fundraising, marketing, and event planning. Prior to her time at MTP, she has also held management positions with Regal Entertainment Group (Regal Cinemas) and K-Mart/Sears Holdings. Heather also has an extensive performance history and is excited to finally be working in the theatre industry! She has previously been seen in BARCLAY’s productions of Guys and Dolls (General Matilda Cartwright/Hot Box Dancer) and She Loves Me (Ilona Ritter). Additionally, some of her favorite roles include: Les Miserables (Eponine), Footloose (Ariel Moore), The Miracle Worker (Annie Sullivan), Blood Brothers (Mrs. Jennifer Lyons), and I Love You, You’re Perfect, Now Change! (Jennifer). Heather has also worked as a seasonal performer for three years at Busch Gardens Tampa Bay. Heather looks forward to all of the opportunities at BARCLAY and helping the program grow
