Yoga For Young Adults

Time: 6:15 - 7:30 PM
Ages: 11 & Older

This program is perfect for creating strong adolescent warriors who can hone their skills in self-care, confidence, and physical strength. Yoga is a fantastic way of utilizing the breath, enhancing self-esteem, and centering both the body and mind. Therefore, we look forward to giving an outlets for our BARCLAY teens and up.
