A marketing & entertainment entrepreneur – Tyler was most recently listed as an Executive Producer on the cast album recording of Stephen Sondheim’s Off-Broadway production of Assassins, and a co-producer of the Broadway production Here Lies Love. Additional credits include Broadway’s The Piano Lesson starring Samuel L. Jackson & Danielle Brooks.
Tyler Ellman is the writer and producer of TAP DANCING THROUGH AUSCHWITZ, a semi-autobiographical play, based on his experience on the March of the Living. Productions were in Gainesville, FL in 2017, 1 year later at the Boca Black Box Theater in collaboration with BARCLAY Performing Arts, and then again in 2022 to sold-out audiences at the Arts Garage in Delray Beach, earning critical acclaim from BROADWAY WORLD. As a result, an encore performance was mounted again in April 2023 at the Boca Black Box.
For the past 4 years, he has been working as a Sr. Account Executive at CLC Enterprises, a marketing company based in Boca Raton. In particular, Tyler oversees the account management for Orange Ribbons For Jaime and Safe Schools For Alex – two nonprofits formed by parents who lost their children in the Parkland School Shooting. To date, he has helped raise hundreds of thousands of dollars for nonprofits, as well as overseen specialty entertainment accounts ranging from icons and trailblazers in the entertainment industry.
He attended the University of Florida, where he received a Bachelor’s degree in Theatre and Telecommunications (Media & Society Track). Following graduation, Tyler was the Outreach Coordinator & Company Manager of BARCLAY Performing Arts Center. He is now the Director of Outreach and Development for the Find Your Voice Foundation, an arts-based nonprofit located in South Florida, as well as a marketing & media specialist for BARCLAY Performing Arts.
